I believe a glaring omission is Scrubs, as while it is a hit and miss comedy with many people (I personally love it), there have been clear stand out episodes which can be easy to put in a list such as this. Also Frasier, Roz and the Shnoz, maybe the most I've ever laughed in a condensed time on TV.
