I'm not in an interracial relationship but I find it comes up shockingly often when I hang out with interracial couples, like people giving us weird looks and stuff. Probably I notice it more because it isn't happening constantly, so I'm not thinking that's just how people look.

It's just an easy way to get a lot of nutrients in at once. I personally feel really good after drinking a lot of low sugar green juice (like celery and cucumber base with leafy greens and fresh herbs and ginger and lemon.) This concoction makes me happy.
