@TRT-X: Do you even own a PS3? Looking at your lack of PSN name I assume you don't, in which case you can't buy it anyway. I'm fine with people voicing an opinion, but to say "I don't like it because it's an advertisement for the next (full-price-full-)game" lends itself to being misinterpreted.

City of Heroes has wings, albeit having wings does not mean you can fly - that has to be chosen as one of your travel powers. Just thought it was worth a mention.

It's a good deal, but I'm getting it on the PS3. I've never been a fan of 'buy the new game, get a really old game you're likely to never play' promotions.

WhatWorld? Seriously though, I've never heard of it and, judging by peoples comments on here (ie, the amount of people who are quote genuinely interested in it) I imagine it'll disappoint severely and be another mindless killing game with little or no narrative structure, albeit for the Wii rather than the PS2.

Seems to me, and I could be wrong, the only people doubting this game are the people who have yet to buy a PS3 — the haters if you will.

Here's another way to look at it, if you own a Wii (which I do) or a 360, you've been so starved for good games as of late and have been forced to buy, more often than not, crap games.

@RET_Ghost: An end-of-year awards show would get okay ratings whenever it was on. That said the UK's gaming network is all but gone now, so you've got to wonder how much gamers really watch TV anyway, it's been replaced with Motor Sports and B-movies.

It looks faker than, well, a fake LBP display case. The inlay doesn't even fill the space of the box.

It's a bit pricey...

I'm currently re-watching the Band of Brothers box set, and loving it - seriously if you haven't seen this mini-series yet I highly recommend you go out and buy it. Anyway, I was sold on this game since the initial teaser, and I still am.
