Just finished playing Uncharted, can't say anythings wrong with my PS3, and for that matter my friends' are fine too, as far as I know.

@NecronomiconUK: Well, assuming you're telling people to buy a 360 for this one game, it isn't more economical at all. That one graphics card will probably play games across a wider board, unlike the 360 you just bought to play one game.

Personally I'm holding out until one of these 'guitar' games acknowledge the greatness of Yngwie J. Malmsteen and have his songs grace their game.
