Christie is going to be out the door at the next gubernatorial election anyways, and his political career is more or less over. He probably figures he might as well enjoy the perks while he can (and that is an incredibly sweet perk, having an entire Jersey beach to yourself - or an entire beach in general).

The optics of pulling people from their wheelchairs is simply staggering in its awfulness. Yet Trump supporters (who will undoubtedly be affected in large numbers) will put on their stupid MAGA hats and cheer Donnnie on, while he simultaneously pushes their heads deeper into a shit-filled trench.
Disneyland used to have a really cool place & good value in park, the BBQ place where you ate outside and everything. Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue but they shut it down for an attraction. They just kept bringing buckets of food to you. Which I thought was pretty good, but I’m certainly not a foodie. I miss that place.
Also, while WDW attendance may be down this year, they’re still basically printing money at their theme parks. The drop may spook shareholders who are looking for constant growth, but the parks have been so profitable that it’d take a huge drop before the profit margin takes a real hit.
