Man what a loss for Lahaina. My wife and I stayed around there for our honeymoon and loved the place, hanging around the area and getting stewed at Cheeseburgers in Paradise.

This, however, isn’t the full story. Huy Fong Foods tried fucking over their pepper producer and their plan brilliantly backfired. BUT, that pepper producer (Underwood Farms) is now making their own “knock-off” sriracha and it tastes exactly the same as the Huy Fong brand.

I liked Xanadu, mainly because it was about a painter in L A which I was for a time ( I later set-designed the Xanadu musical about 10 years ago).

Jeeze. That totally sucks. I relatively recently was exposed to her talents in Xanadu, a movie that gets a lot of flack but is so gosh darn charming couldn’t help enjoy the ride.

The worst I’ve seen so far are the Brazilian teenager tour groups at Disney World in Florida. They’re super-loud, brash and have no sense of personal space or manners. Anyone stuck in line near them is in for a terrible time.

You will pry my cargo pants from my cold dead legs. I have upgraded to Prana, so they are a little more fitted and less obviously cargo pants. Having an extra pocket is nice so you have room to carry keys, wallet, phone, sunglasses, a camera, etc.
