I used to have pretty severe social anxiety and my trick was playing this song in my head to myself when I went to clubs. Worked! Such a short-term solution though. So I got a lot of intensive therapy and now for example I can ask questions to people at the grocery store. Never scared!

I would just like to add that Sodium Laureth Sulfate is fine and non-irritating and great for shampoo unless you like greasy head, but Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is an irritant. I have a mnemonic device for it. “Sodium Lauryl is really bad, Sodium Laureth ith fine.”
