Honda does make a DCT for bikes. Plus many bikes now have quickshifters which means clutchless up/downshifts, so they’re automated manuals really. Even they’re slowly changing. Which is cool.

EV batteries are 99% recyclable. The argument that the’ll go to landfill is a straw-man argument against them.
can you rent/beg/borrow/steal an EV for a day/week? I know tesla does overnight test drives, you could give it a go and see what the range is like.
