No one said she didn’t deserve the fine. Doesn’t matter where she was from, she should have gotten a ticket and been sent on here way. Besides the indignity, what a waste of resources to put her in jail and get laywers involved.

For me, that falls under ignorance, because she’s forgetting the spirit of the law when following it to the letter.
