Fortunately for today's non-Spanish inquisition, this RX7 has a mill that's a total Torquemada mama. Claimed to come from a 1990 Mustang, and to have been 'remanufactured' since its de-mustang-iffication, this Cobra-edition 302 V8 should put out something in the neighborhood of 225-bhp and 300 ft-lbs of Chubby

My understanding of the end-swapping had to do with the rear suspension design. When you lifted off the throttle mid-corner, the rear suspension would un-weight and camber would become positive, reducing traction and bringing the heavy rear end around. I think it was in a Car and Driver article I read a few years ago.

THIS! A manual car has a MANUAL clutch. Period, end of story.

I can see the cares.

This is a case of beauty being in the eye of the beholder.
I'm underwhelmed at the looks, the interior is nice and I'm sure nicely finished but it doesn't stand out.

But the fact that it's bigger, and has TDI/6SP/4Mo underneath sells me on it immediately.

I was going to say this is NSFW! This car in that shade is just beautiful.

Lanesplitting is a two way street, as it were. It's not enough that riders need to know how to do it properly, drivers need to learn how to deal with bikes.

This. I hate it when I (rarely!) do this.

There is so much blame laid at the feet of the UAW for Detroits woes... could we have an in-depth Jalop article on exactly what and why? Because I'm afraid the commentariat just doesn't meet my criteria for fair and unbiased reporting on the facts. (HINT: That means I don't want your stories of how bad the UAW is in

Yeah, I judge people for what they drive, but only in so far as they drive shit they don't need. I wouldn't say a Camry driver is anything other than sensible, a contractor with a pickup is doing their job, a family with a minivan - wise choice. I can't stand fuckwits in CUV's or SUV's with no family and no reason to

Agreed - its the RWD Diesel Wagon problem. Great for us here, in the real world it would die.

Would I be one of the 6 or a 7th?

My wife said absolutely no way to a minivan, despite my preference for one. She would be on board for a VW microbus redux.

That sometimes your transmission will grenade itself, no matter how carefully you drive or how well you care for your car. Life happens.

I will, thanks!

I was in the middle of class when I remembered today was the day so I quickly bought one!

I don't care what you say, this is my definition of Jalop.

We do nice price or crack pipe all the time, but show us the Rob Ford specials below.

I think I finally understand heroin addiction. It's so bad for you, but it would feel so awesome!

NP as I go down in a haze of brown...

I for one can't wait for this wheel style with the detail on the thick rim to make it to cheap knock off wheels on clapped out old econoboxes.

it gets better mileage than my 4cyl passat wagon... but I uh... have more storage space?
