Nice troll with the ambiguously-aged man as the image. Most older people don’t feel a deep need to fit in really well with their younger co-workers. If they do, their younger co-workers are kind of awful if they can’t look past superficial indications of age to show someone a little kindness. If this is an issue of

The success of Shang-Chi was probably the final nail in the coffin for this one. ScarJo was vindicated, Disney got a big payday--they were ready to move on because there was no good option but to settle and move on ASAP.

Where’s your sense of adventure?

Convenience stores make sense as a comparison. I have heard of them but didn’t consider them related to these delivery services. I still dislike the upcharge and find it surprising that that kind of think can last.

I don’t understand paying that much for delivery...maybe I’m looking at the wrong services but I feel like it’s too much to spend on food. I’m not saying the drivers don’t deserve to be paid; I’m saying I don’t understand how there’s a big market for it when it significantly increases the cost of food for consumers.

I get his frustration. I don’t like tomatoes. I don’t like a lot of normal foods--chocolate, peaches, ranch dressing...I’ll stop there. I know that most people like or at least tolerate these things without issue, so it’s my problem to sort out and not theirs. I’ve learned to ask questions as politely as possible to

Was part of his defense that he got to compose a song with one of the Beatles? Obviously he violated a lot here, but on some level, I can understand being frustrated that he got to work with Paul McCartney and didn’t really get to show it off to anyone. Maybe that’s why he’s basically only having to pay for being

I guess it probably saves everything so the services it hosts can’t truly pull down a given thing for violating terms—I’m envisioning the pitch involving things like “quantum storage” and the Internet Archive and something about how the Blockchain records on all participating devices in the network.

Burger-to-bun ratio is more important than the bun itself IMO.

This is a conversation I look forward to. I think my “team” depends on my mood. But in my heart, a thick burger is a more realized burger.

Campbells Vegetarian Vegetable.

Yes on that sausage biscuit. Also, hotcakes with sausage is not too shabby--the pancakes nail the sweetness for a weirdo like me that doesn’t like syrup.

For sure. Those kids have so many activities.

In my experience here, hospitals generally have a deal with power companies as essential providers so if they do planned blackouts, the hospitals stay on. Nursing homes have been largely unable to get that, so temperature management is the big issue there. Of course none of that matters if the system just plain fails.

I get it. She grabs breakfast once or twice per week on her way to work and one lunch on the weekend like once per month. She probably also grabs lunch with work friends on most pay days every two weeks and leaves with a shake or something for the afternoon. If she goes on a road trip for vacation (her likely means if

Notification sounds are as unnecessarily loud as TV commercials. I might go for this...thanks for highlighting some options!

So what’s Norm McDonald’s take on this one?

It’s crazy that someone is good enough at that game to hold all the records at this point in history. When a game has been around this long, and the competition is this fierce, even hoarding records is not a surefire way to stay on top.

So is this like the “Scary Movie” of sitcoms?

One exception: trying to grab a semi-healthy lunch/dinner on a road trip where you’re going to drive while eating (or eat while driving). That’s a good time to just order a burrito.
