They both knew this fight was coming. Two right hands to the back of the head, with one really landing. One right hand to the left temple and he hit the ice. My guess is he was dizzy for a while since the dude played pinball with his brain and then just about tilted the machine.

Since we keep finding stuff that’s too small to account for the anomaly, is it possibly the cumulative effect of many or perhaps even a yet-to-be-discovered cluster of smaller objects?

Offended by talk of sex in public? Should have given it more time, but understandable.

I’m not into the movement to stop using animal products, but I respect that in its best form it’s a moral/ethical stance or a health move or an environmentalist move. Were I in that movement, I’d have a hard time not forming a conspiracy theory that PETA is a false flag operation to discredit the movement, or a red

Nothing about this makes sense. Ostovich already has medical clearance to fight with that recent of a fractured eye socket? And now they’re having her fight on the same night as someone who is allegedly guilty of the very type of crime that caused Ostovich’s injury?

The best breakfast sandwich is a sausage biscuit. They’re only $1 both at McDonald’s and Burger King. McD’s is a bit better than BK’s, bu BK usually has a shorter line.

Sucks to see RWhiteGoose got himself to such a bad place. I’ve enjoyed his Speedlore series for a while on YT.

So if he had done it all in secret and then proved to everyone it was a success, what would have been the outcome? What might it be now?

When I get some time off to myself, I plan to rent it on Google Play because it appears to be the most affordable legal rental. I’ve only got Netflix for streaming now.

I keep coming back to the idea that Shinji is stuck between desire and inaction, leading him to a worthless self-view and largely abandoning his sense of virtue. I think it’s almost perfectly expressed (in a sickening way) (no pun intended) (but I think he was expressing himself there by most definitions) in that one

I’ve been meaning to watch Shin Godzilla. I got so excited seeing that tank lineup shot in the trailer, then I just never got to it. Typical media consumer I guess.

I think you win.

Follow-up question: Did Millenials ruin the Internet, or did the Internet ruin Millenials?

My guess is that both generations complain(ed) about it about the same amount, only there wasn’t social media to broadcast and memorialize it for all to see for Gen X. If Millennials do complain more, I’d wager the social medial feedback loop is largely to blame, and the reason it looks so bad is because more media

The main thing that strikes me about this game is it feels several years behind.

Maybe this explains why my 7-year-old hates blowing his nose. Maybe he’s got some intuition about it.

An anti-inflammatory works wonders for sinus pressure headaches and painful stuffy noses.

I’ve been a sucker for Thrice, and Dustin Kensrue’s lyrics, for years. The one that’s got me the hardest in a while though is from “Stay With Me” from the album To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere:

That might be the nicest thing a person can say on the Internet.
