@joiacum: Steve Jobs? nope.

Rocky 3 is missing? That was my second favourite Rocky - quick send in Mr. T to help the search!

Holy crap! That's just $50,950 per eye! Bargain!

"iWanna Hold Your Hand!"

@ament001: Nobody is saying this person did not lack common sense, but to follow up one cock up with another (a stupidly harsh sentence) is just plain stupidity. The punishment simply did not fit the crime IMO.

@ament001: And what if the law has no common sense, which is how I see it in this case? When both the person and law enforcement lack common sense, we all lose.....

I'm sure the myriad of ocean life adapted to the cold Arctic waters would appreciate much warmer conditions. Oh wait, they'd all die out.....

@dj-hq: the government have to tweet him and tell him he's going to be blown up.......

(me in 25 years time) " - yes, I've had that there 'puter a quarter of a century. It's only needed the boards changin' 12 times and the case fronts changin' 5 times, but it's still the same ol' PC......"

@RandySinger: Well, I'd rather discuss anything with Carl Sagan over Steve Jobs anyday! The fact he sued Apple makes me like Carl more, funnily enough.......

@RabidTurtl: That reminds me of the film, Dead Popes' Society. Oh Pontiff my Pontiff!.....

Aside from the over-long trippy ending, 2001 is a masterpiece of film IMO. The way the FX were done is astonishing, and extremely simple when you see how they did it. I love the zero-G pen floating sequence, done with a couple of sheets of glass/perspex - simple and effective!

@Gruvnor: Uncle Steve would rather you used their iPenis, it's much less pornographic...... and it's available in cut and uncut!

I think this will require some effort to learn, but once learned it looks better than a virtual QWERTY. I might try this one if my next phone doesn't have a real keyboard!

@Nava707: www.portableapps.com

@Name of Numbers: Sure, this weight is clunky. But it works well enough, doesn't it? :-)

@hulahoophugs: Keeping a standard of ANYTHING is phenomenally hard. Sure, 1kg=1000g, but how do you keep a STANDARD kilogram? They use this lump of metal as a reference. The trouble is, nothing lasts forever, and due to decay and wear and tear it WILL deviate over time. Similarly, how do you measure time precisely?

@jpp44345: .. she's gonna be as far away from that iPhone-man-geek as possible, I'll bet!
