Did it seem to anyone else like Zabriskie sort of edged into the Inland Empire accent a couple times in the grocery store?

I wouldn't at all describe Joel's outlook as doubtful in the link you posted. It sounded to me like he's expecting another season, even if acknowledging that TV is a crazy business and you never know for sure.

Actually, it would be Oceans' Twenty-Three. The whole six film build up is actually a clever ploy to raise awareness of plural apostrophe placement.

Someone should do a detailed study to determine the threshold of fame one has to cross for autocorrect to leave his or her name alone.

I remember Roger Ebert praising Match Point but also openly wondering if even Woody Allen knew how good of a film he'd made, which cracked me up because I knew exactly what he meant.

True, but there is a third option: make something else.

Interesting. So maybe there's hope. I admit that the extent of my expertise is some rather haphazard and occasional viewing as a kid, so I defer to you and hope they do too.

The thing that bothers me is that we live in a world where international espionage is nothing like it was in the cold war era, but we keep getting cold war properties rebooted. Bond can get away with it because, you know, it's Bond, but things like UNCLE and Saint just aren't going to work anymore.

I agree, I'm looking forward to a Bond who actually talks instead of just brooding. I love the Craig movies, but it's time for something new.
