As a SoCal resident, I will admit that this recent spike is a major annoyance. But how does making sure buyers aren’t getting shorted at the pump prevent ‘price gouging’? Did someone change the definition of that term?

I took a towing company to court for an incorrect 2 car tow. I won. They never paid me. I remembered at like 14 years before statute of limitations and went back to court and got 14 years of interest.  They were pissed. 

He still owns the property (or is at least the primary leaseholder) and therefore has every right to deny entry to towing company personnel, by force of necessary. Put up a big sign, and keep the shotgun handy. Tell truckers they should consider any A1 employee who approaches them to be attempted robbery and respond…

I heard this exact rhetoric when I worked in a union. But it was them telling us we need to vote for Obama.

They need to start charging the management and owners of these towing companies.  RICO these fuckers.

What the actual fuck was this person thinking? If they were unaware of the propane tank in the back, what the actual fuck was the person who left it there thinking?

If these CEOs worked for free and the money saved was instead split equally among all the employees, then each employee would get something like an additional...twelve dollars a month.

Because a lot of the pay is stock options tied to performance.
