Everything I’ve read from the WB has said the plan is to keep the Shazam movie outside of the DCEU. Dwayne Johnson is trying to get Black Adam worked in as an antagonist for Batman and Superman. (Or at least he had been prior to the release of BvS. No idea what his current thoughts on that are.)
