One look at the engine and its a nope. Fake velocity stacks on a very non-period chevy 350 screams the motor is incorrect. Yet its not an LS1 or newer engine that would make it *nice* for that incorrectness.

Speaking as someone who has been driving pickups for several decades, a standard cab model is the least useful style. Two people (or one dog) and everything else goes in the bed, exposed to the weather and theft.

It’s not designed to go any faster than idle. Part of the choice of the A/T is that you put the thing into drive, let out the brake a little and ride around in the parade. The gas pedal is 3 feet from the brake just to make sure you don’t touch it.

Right off the bat, this isn’t my era. I do like the look and color choice but for a fun toy, I would rather have a motorcycle. It’s way cheaper and can be used in the same weather as this car. Yes, you have to learn to ride but once you do that, I bet it’s more fun for the money than this.
