I actually had tire equipment in my own garage for a few years, thanks to a pro mechanic buddy who was between shops. After swapping my tires once, I never felt the need to not pay for it again. For what little shops charge to do it, they can just do it. Hard, dirty, nasty work.

Surgical masks are not 95% effective, those are n95s, or kn-95s. Surgical masks are only slightly more effective than a single layer cloth mask, because surgical masks leak around the edges.
