Oh, to heck with these people. My Les Mills Pump instructor worked out until 5 weeks before her delivery ( of a beautiful baby boy!). She inspired EVERYBODY in class - the guys who before kinda were not focused really put their all and the women started using heavier weights - for our instructor was able to keep up…
