It makes ABC a lot of money.

From the linked article:

I’m going to be REALLY mad if the DNC expects me to vote for Biden again in 4 years.

Yes, pricking the crust keeps it from bubbling up when you blind bake it. We always do this, and don’t fuss with weights.

It’s cold and keeps the butter from melting. I just got a fancy marble rolling pin and it is AMAZING. It’s almost no effort to flatten the dough and it stays cold too.

But doesn’t legal malpractice exist and don’t lawyers have an obligation to their client to not file unwinnable cases? Do lawyers make them sign a waiver saying the lawyer said not to do this?

Yes. The shape of them makes them more susceptible. Think about iceberg lettuce- its a head and you throw out the outer leaves that have protected the inner ones and then wash it. Romaine is like a funnel into the inside leaves.

Yup. It feels like a commentary on the year.

The population of Harris County is larger than the populations of 25 states.

They’re claiming that drive-thru voting is an illegal expansion of curbside voting, which is only allowed for people with disabilities.

It was close in 2018. Beto lost by like, 2.5 points. And he hasn’t stopped campaigning. His phone bank called 2.6 million people yesterday.

I bought an Elizabeth Warren 2020 planner in February.

It’s almost funny, because they are using her. They picked an unqualified woman so that when the dems called her unqualified, the GOP could say the dems were being misogynistic.

I haven’t done it too many times, but with Panera, at least, the driver is usually already by their car by the time I open the door. I don’t know if I’m answering faster than they’re leaving, or if they’re waiting by the car to see me pick up the food, but they’ve never been waiting at the door for me to open it.

My partner and I took turns: one in line, one with the kiddo at the neighboring park. I was in line for about 30 minutes, him for 2o. We went early, so it wasn’t hot and there weren’t any other kids.

If you’d been in Texas, you wouldn’t have been able to get that procedure after 20 weeks.

This should have been, "How to explain to your child that we can't have slumber parties right now, because there's a pandemic."

My almost 5 year old hasn't seen another child since March because a lot of people never figured out the difference between a want and a need.

People want to feel as if they have done the work to be legitimately informed about the issues and didn’t decide on who to vote for because of party affiliation.

What I remember about the Dole/Clinton election was that my dad was annoyed that the bananas at our store were Dole brand so they had Dole stickers.
