No! Fire the pilots, they're the ones doing both. ATCs are just, you know, KEEPING PLANES FROM FLYING INTO EACH OTHER BY TALKING TO THEM!

They do. Big contingent from Germany (via NATO, I guess) there for training and such... At least when I was in college. Lots of their kids went to school with me.
I'll skip that. Thanks.
At Holloman AFB in New Mexico (outside El Paso, Texas). It was a recruitment tool back then (mid-90s). I would have signed up, but I'm a bit of a rebel to authority. So I became an epidemiologist.
I'll see your 787 and raise you an F-16 fun flight in college in which my puke went faster than your 787.
Really? Because we accidentally dropped a 1-ton bomb from a loader the other day and nothing happened. Guess we were lucky... OR THERE WAS A FAIL SAFE YOU DONT TAKE OUT THE ENTIRE ARMORY IF YOU HIT THE WRONG LEVER.
Oh, yeah? Terminal velocity, my friend. I've gone faster than him in free-fall. Boyah!
Yeah, it was wherever Sam wanted to be, kind of. The guy who knew who he was, and whom Sam thought was God, pretty much washed his hands of the whole thing in the series finale. In fact, he wanted to make things right for Al, so he went there last. If you notice, all the stories he intervenes in have wider historical…
True. And it was glorious!
You need to arm those ordnance before they can explode. If the plane has an accident, they won't go off. Heck, we (the United States) dropped a nuclear bomb on Spain (by accident), and it didn't go off.
Better lots of small bits and pieces (and some luggage) than one big fuel-loaded thing heading into a packed stadium or stadia (as the British spell the plural).
I disagree in your assessment in that I believe that the morons are those who should know better (*cough* Andy Wakefield *cough*) still went with that failed theory even after all the evidence pointed away from it. Parents and others who have fallen prey to that idea are not morons, just gullible.
I recommend "Physics for Future Presidents". It's a fun read, and it has tons of information on meaningful things like solar power for cars, dirty bombs, radio "radiation", etcetera. Our science education in schools is failing us more and more, in my humble opinion.
You guys are giving Big Bad Voodoo Government too much credit. They couldn't get Katrina's response right. Congress almost shuts down on a yearly basis. Bin Laden was free for over 10 years post 9/11. There's over 300 million of us in the country, many illegally. And you're going to tell me that the government or…
I have an image in my mind of you standing on a wall (a firewall, if you will) looking out into a field. One lonely Trojan is coming at you with weapons drawn. You laugh in his face. You have Windows, and this Trojan is nothing for you to worry about.
No, you're not, but I can't think of many responses from the glasses that would require the phrase "over 9000!!!!" in a really loud scream. Maybe if you ask for a stock quote for one share of Apple in 2014?
"What's the guarantee that the camera wouldn't switch on unannounced and make any user a peeping tom for the powers-that-be?"
Radiation from cell signals = non-ionizing radiation. Radiation from nuclear bombs and fuel rods = ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation = enough energy to unwind your DNA and mix up your "code". Non-ionizing radiation = not enough energy to cause any kind of DNA mutations. Radio signals (non-ionizing radiation) are…
We need to go back to our roots, to take America back (from something?), and revitalize the American dream! Also, America!
"Ich habe eine kleine problem avec this religione," I think he said.
