Yes apparently they are. I’m trying not to watch it. I watched this race because it was cool during the ALMS years, but I wish it wasnt the only endurance racing series in the US. Hopefully it’ll be better next year (im excited for the new wave of GT cars) and the prototypes get better in 2017. Maybe the DPi’s wont be…

Having a GT car win definitely will get you the headlines for your race, but it was at the expense of a little embarrassment for their own Prototypes and a major sponsor in Continental Tire.

Apparently GT car won the 24 hours of Daytona in 2003, but it was a Porsche too. Dont quote me on that one I read it in another comment on here. haha.

The Michelin tired GT cars really showed their worth against the Continental tired DPs. Idk what was up with the German’s rain tires. They dont seem to be up to par.

I’d go with the M6. Four “seats”, looks better, way way better interior design and features, more comfortable, better sound system, and it has a warranty.

Well I am just going off what I have heard. And one of those news sources is in fact Jalopnik. Travis Okulski wrote in an article back in December that said, “You can’t take it home.” If what you said is true then i take back my statement. I’d still probably get a P1 GTR anyway, but the reasons would be different.

I dont have any besides it is ugly. Other than being an uglified Land Cruiser there is nothing else to say about it. A vehicle being ugly is good enough for me to not buy a car. Especially if it is $80k.
