Steakhouses typically have access to better quality meat.  Not just prime, but better suppliers.  They also tend to dry age in house.  They also typically broil their steaks in commercial broilers.  They can do that in a way you just cant at home.  Is it worth the money...i dont know, but you should go to one at one

You should visit (a good) steakhouse. An aged steak is an experience one cannot duplicate at home - usually. There are ways to dry age at home, but it’s not the same.
