I am all for it. but people in my state are furious at state provided school lunches as they think it is socalism. I love the program.

Wait til you hear about what we did for guns!

I think the big 3 will benefit from A. Investing more in the charge network B. Make less cars.

That’s why cryptobros think it’s better than tulips: the idea of beauty physically repulses them.

I don’t know why the headline is written the way it is: as if EVs aren’t the future.

The rubes keep coming - and the crypto grifters (tautology I know) keep takin’ their actual $$$$...

True but they get some pretty crazy deductions from their taxes like intangible drilling costs. There are direct spending subsidies like the Inland Waters Transport for Petroleum Subsidy which exempts oil companies from paying shipping tonnage. There are a ton of regulatory subsidies. There are incentives for domestic

I’ve felt that “crypto” was a scam from the first time I heard about it many years ago, and very little has transpired in the interim to alter that opinion. Suckerbait always seems to have that SMELL about it...

But feeding one poor kid a school lunch is socialism.

I prefer to spend cash at Taco Bell, so that there is no record of my shame.

you won’t be able to get to a good speed because of the speed bumps they had installed.

Amen Brother!

I quickly read that as “run over the board yourself”, which I also approve.

An HOA is only as bad as it’s members lack of involvement in it. If people aren’t involved in the month to month actions...power hungry small minded ppl will take over make it unfriendly and lead to the horror stories.  Almost a metaphor for our current national problems.

No problem there. Service dogs are well-behaved and provide a civic good. Yappy-ass Fido does not. And, no, emotional support animals do not fall into the category of service animals and pretending so is a crime.

In other words: Europeans understand the concept of personal and social responsibility.

The problem in the US though compared to Europe is that we love independence and prize individualism over “understanding”; which often means being as big of an ass to everyone else in public around you while ignoring any common sense.

I’m a fan of Moe’s if we’re talking chain Mexican. I prefer tacos and Moe’s gives you tons of customizable options. Qdoba and Chipotle have pretty weak tacos in comparison.

This is a regulation issue on all fronts. Service workers should be guaranteed at least minimum wage, minimum wage should be higher, and all taxes & fees should have to be included in advertised prices. This isn’t hard - as evidenced by all the other major countries who do it. Our gov just doesn’t do its job.

Can we stop saying new cars in tandem with depreciation?
