So long as we're saying gooodbyes to the AV Club proper.

Boy, they're really givin' it to that Sean O'Neal guy. He must work there or something.
I'm just imagining a situation where she becomes aware of the possibility of traveling with the actual, original Doctor who can travel through time and space. Then she finds out she the Doctor's regenerated into a woman. Or Matt Smith. Or Capaldi.
Why do I get the feeling Rose would be really pissed that the Doctor wouldn't look like David Tennant anymore.
Given the pedantry involved in calling her a 'female Doctor Who' instead of a 'female Doctor',
I should assume so.
They do actually show the old warhorn when Ghost finds the cache of Dragonglass waaay back in season 2, which some suspect is the real Horn of Joramunn. It's never elaborated upon though.
Not seen in the show just yet though. I mean, they could but I think they've pretty decisively moved Euron away from being like his book counterpart. The ideal time to reveal the horn would've been at the Kingsmoot and Euron would be about 150% cooler on the show than he is right now.
Ooh look it's got three settings!

I just don't know what they were expecting, there's always been Time Ladies going back to Susan and Romana. Plus, Moffat's been priming the audience for this possibility for a good long while with the Corsair, Missy, and the General. Hell, even going back to the Curse of the Fatal Death.
Great choice! I'm actually surprised BBC went along with it,I'd heard they were looking for another Tennant. And with Moffat leaving, there's a chance she won't be written as a hypersexual quip machine!
If Webb were playing the Doctor as Sir Digby Chicken Caesar, I'd be hooked.
I'm sure it'll be fine. I mean, for all the behind the scenes rigamarole Rogue One turned out fine. But I can only imagine how badly they must have veered to be more-or-less fired from this. I mean, did we almost have a 21 Jump Street Star Wars movie? 'cause honestly? I'd be interested in seeing that.
Like Larry, the Surrogate, Ron Howard too is a professional.
Ron Howard's a fine director, I'm just not sure what we're gonna get out of this. I was interested in Lord and Miller's take largely because Han's world would be so much different than what's happening in Rogue One and A New Hope. Hopefully, it stays light. Han's a scoundrel not above doing the wrong thing to get…
Inserts the 'sonic screwdriver is basically a magic wand at this point' complaint here.
I'm right there with you. I'm not gonna be mad that this exists because I still have the show and the movie. But still, I'd prefer it if it didn't happen. I'd feel the same way if they were doing an animated series revival or an OVA, to be honest.
Yes, but how about no?
Well if it happens, it happens. I love Cowboy Bebop and I've got my collection and the movie if I ever want to revisit it. But I really have no use for a live-action TV series adaptation of it.
It certainly is a movie that Comedy Central would run when it didn't have anything else to throw on.
