I remember that during the debates it was said that HIllary addressed him as Donald specifically because he hates it when people don't refer to him as Mr. Trump.
So, I'ma keep calling him Donald, Donny, or Fuckface Von Clownstick or whatever else exemplifies the complete lack of respect I have for the man.
