Yeah, I guess so. It really should've been called Broken Lizard Presents: The Dukes of Hazzard given how much they were involved. They even have time for a Super Troopers cameo in it!

Jake was playing Phantasy Star! I've never been so happy to get a reference basically ever!
I'd say Broken Lizard is extremely hit-or-miss. I enjoy Beerfest and SuperTroopers. Some good bits here, some quotable dialogue there. But anything else, like Puddle Jumper or Club Dread, can go straight to hell. I'd shudder to think what comes out of this CW deal if they didn't want anything to do with it.
'…provided you like Jack Black imitations.'
There's only one person who can be Jack Black and that's Jack Black. And even he needs to be taken in small doses. God forbid they let the actor on this show kinda do his own thing.
I really love this trailer. Way better set up for why Cap and Iron Man are fighting than in Batman v Superman: Trial of the Century.
No.
My problem with this show is that character arcs roughly remain the same.
1. Frank seeks/attains power and uses dirty tricks to either get it, maintain it, or quash his rivals. He's never seen really reveling in it. Why does Frank seek power if he's not going to have any fun with it?
2. Claire's storyline is always the…
I can't wait when they try to 'meet fans half-way' and have her speak some terribly pronounced and/or translated Japanese.
Fine, screw up my good cartoon adaptation I'm gonna go make Babylon 5!
Oh I think they got him alright originally. It was a great show. I think I'm talking about when it became the Slimer Show and there was a definitive shift in characterization all around.
Yeah, and I bet it she'll be great in it. But it is disappointing that this movie fell into the same sort of problem as the first one. I guess we'll have to see how it turns out.
Eh, it's fine? I think I'll wait for audience reactions before I check it out.
Also, I'm a little concerned that the Leslie Jones' character amounts to 'The Driver' vis a vis the three brilliant scientists. Did that to Winston in the cartoon, too.
Mr. Meeseeks, Go watch London Has Fallen so no one else has to.
A second season? That's too much, man!
Yeah, I think I petered out around episode 7 and just didn't feel like going back into it. Frank wasn't as fun and his problems were essentially the same as the last two seasons. I really needed him to go into full-on despot mode like the third series of the UK House of Cards did.
Yes that's probably true, but where's the fun in that?
Judge beeps twice
Double yes, Guilty!
"Which brings us, your Honor, to the series of Kirk novels written by TOS star William Shatner….."
Your honor, as the 2009 Star Trek reboot clearly indicates, Enterprise is the only canon series for both 'Old' and 'NuTrek'!
That would just open the door for Harlan Ellison to get involved. Oh please let Harlan Ellison have something to say about this.
