I'm envisioning this legal battle devolving into a very heated debate on Trek canon. It's gonna be amazing.

In honor of leap year we'll offer a vegetarian menu as though it matters at all. Have fun social media 'journalists.'

But will every tenth Lennon cloning yield a John Lennon with superpowers?

That's some wrong-sounding Buttercup right there.

Spider-Man wants to hang himself outside of J. Jonah Jameson's window. Not J.J. Abrams'.

Spunky(as well as his Psychiatrist) and Rocko's Mop from Rocko's Modern Life.

Soooo the Federation versus The Borg, then?

Oh my. I'd really rather not.

Eh? Not saying Roddenberry's on the same level or anything. Merely noting that Fuller tends to be showrunner on critically acclaimed shows that are cancelled quickly and very publicly mourned. Therefore, a perfect choice for the new Star Trek from my rather glib perspective.

And then Neelix prattles on about something he knows nothing about? Yeah, I think so.

This week on Star Trek Voyager: Harry gets his head caught in the staircase! Janeway smirks, then maybe a god-like alien threatens the crew or something. Whatever. Fuck it.

Bryan Fuller: An excellent writer and producer known for brilliantly realizing a critically adored television series that will be cancelled before its time. Yep, perfect choice for a new Star Trek.

Tempted to go back and watch 'Tears of A Sea Cow'. It's a nice companion to this one. Sort of a 'poetry-it-rhymes' where the characters try to figure out the new normal.

That's how the characters seem to view it. But they've left it ambiguous.

It's always been pretty ambiguous. I've preferred to think that Doc can be pretty innovative, but he lacks a lot of gumption. Partly due to his habit of leaning on Jonas Sr.'s aging technologies. But it also probably comes from a childhood where his god-like overbearing pop and his team of extraordinarily dangerous

Noticed that too. I think they actually do namedrop his civilian identity too, Dr. Douglas Ong.

Oh, you sweet, summer child.

I never liked the Mortis Arc particularly. While I think that it was good that they tried to address just what it was that Anakin was supposed to be doing as 'The Chosen One', it came out pretty half-baked. The only good stuff to come of it was some of Ahsoka's development.

Do you mean original original or, are you also including the one they cast for the later seasons of the American show?
