I’d say it’s the best show of last season, it’s was just extremely well done. The raw amount of skill and budget that went into making it could have turned almost any concept into a great anime. The attention to detail in many place was astounding.

Why is attack on titan anywhere near this poll when the anime takes 5 episodes to animate one volume?

It's so weird looking back on the early days of Shingeki no Kyojin. The story now is far more complex than it is where the anime cuts off. As much clamoring and demanding of a remake their is for this game, I still personally do not believe that they would even come close to making enough money to cover the costs of redoing this. For me. FF7 is a RPG that suffers most strongly from the 'rose colored glasses' syndrome that gamers have.
