@madisomi: While I'm a big iPad fan, I, like you, think that the most exciting thing about the iPad is that it is going to create a whole new product category. I just happen to think that for the most part Apple's product is always going to be more elegant (and expensive) then the others.

Smart move on HTC's part. No one who was really going to get a smartphone will get this, but a lot of people that wish they had smartphones, but can't afford the plans, will.

Why don't they just f'n make a Zune phone already !! The Zune HD interface is incredibly gorgeous and very intuitive - just add a phone to it. It would be a lot closer to an iphone competitor then dumb WinMo 7 will be !

This works for me! Since my girlfriend left Big Red for an iPhone we've had to increase our txt packages. Now we can reduce those and use this during the day, when I have wifi on my Touch.
