Any direction for a Mac/iPhone?

Remains of the Day.. Now there’s a title I haven’t seen in a loooooooooooooong time. Hooray!!

I don’t do too many long flights, but I do travel a couple of times a month on a 3-4 hour flight.

I’m the friend that makes a lot more money and usually I’ll pick up the tab when we go out. Honestly, paying an extra $50-100 for a meal a few times a month isn’t going to break my budget, but it may be half or all of my friend’s budget. Hanging out with friends should never be a cause of stressful money situations.

Are there any Windows Store apps worth installing? I’m using Win 10 in tablet mode on my HTPC and the only app I’ve installed is Netflix. Everything else I just use a link to the website.

What about a visit somewhere that’s much hotter than home? I’m going to live family in TX for a week here in a couple weeks and live in MI. I’ll be on week 7 of C25K during the trip.

This is pretty much what I tell people (not just students) who don’t know much about computers. It is simple, doesn’t give them a million choices (like walking into a Best Buy), and they will be happy with whatever they choose.

One that gets me is the dreaded “Hi” instant message with nothing following until they get a response. I’ve taken the same approach as you with my response usually being “What’s up?” or “What can I help you with?”.
