Sure. But those are all standard Republican positions. I’m just saying that there are ideas there (that may well never gain traction) that are not at all popular with Republicans.

This won’t be popular, but if you are a liberal I’m not sure you’ll ever get a first 100 days proposal out of the Republican party more palatable than this one.

“Spoiler alert: it’s not going to get better for them. It’s been downhill for them since the Reagan administration, but they keep voting for the folks that ship their jobs overseas”

I thought that was Magary at first glance. But that guy proved to be a lot less goofy.

Belichick is a jackass but I’m positive that he didn’t write this sentence:

There has only been one period of time since the Civil War where Democrats have won 3 presidential elections in a row (FDR, Truman). This is not something that ever happens. When you look at it from that standpoint it’s easy to understand just how terrible of a candidate Donald Trump is.

Democrats have allowed and encouraged Republicans to pull the “center” so far to the right the last 20 years that it’s not hard to understand at all.

HBO is reportedly trying to immediately break it’s own record for least interesting sports show by giving Darren Rovell a weekly spot.

“That being said, fame sounds like it blows. Seriously. I’m drinking wine out of a mug and smoking a cigarette and watching Tv outside right now and I don’t even want to know what that same scenario would look like if I were famous. Blech.”

I agree that Buk has the best epitaph. I also like Sonny Liston’s:

Somebody I’ve never heard of is actually somebody else I’ve never heard of. I am enraged by this.

I don’t think that the recent under supply of beef is the sole contributing factor for people buying less beef. The downward trend of beef consumption in the United States goes back 40 years. The demand for beef is simply less than it once was.

Why wouldn’t a person just go to his full site and check all the data out for themselves instead of analyzing tweets (which are always meaningless.) It’s like trying to analyze the Red Sox season based on Peter Gammon’s tweets.
