I just read the anonymously attributed rumors and at worst they boil down to “He’s a jerk who leads women on,” which, goddamn, I’m glad the real predators are getting their due, but I hope we don’t get to the point where people are like “Some women he dated said he’s an asshole, fire him!”

The motivation claimed by the accused isn’t exposure, it’s simply money (via extortion). No one’s under any obligation to believe that claim absent any other evidence, but inventing other motivations in this thread to argue them down when no one is really making that claim seems pointless.

The polygraph is what raises a red flag for me. They’re bullshit, other accusers have rightfully not bothered with them, and as you mentioned she passed it independently and before filing a police report.
