I feel like I may be one of the few people to play BOTW on Wii U, pretty much exclusively on the pad.

And now the clunky ancient Switch is holding back Tears of the Kingdom. Seeing the TV ads for it I’m quite amused by how lo-res and lo-fi it looks even in the commercials - though I’m sure it will be a lot of fun.

It’s a troll, click their name and check their comment history. Just ignore it like its parents did.

For reference, what is the size of that monitor?

I know. My point isn’t to go buy VR and experience Alyx the way it was designed to be play. My point is to keep in mind that playing the game this way isn’t how the game was meant to be experienced. Thus, anyone who only experiences the game this way isn’t in a position to truly critique Alyx.

A lot of early stuff I’ve seen is out of Japan, where it is already April 1st.

Yeah that isn’t even scratching the surface of Perlmutter being a total piece of shit. It's telling it took his takeover attempt for Disney to be done with him, but he should have been fired years ago.

Funcoland! I was just thinking about this place as a spot to hang out. Want to try a game? Sure! Let's just wait a little bit for one of the 8 stations to open up (Mom groans)

BOTW ran fine on the WiiU. It’ll be weird if TOTK performs worse on newer hardware.

That’s our Completey Pete.

I laughed too when I saw who was in the thumbnail.

What’s wrong with living at home? Wages are shit, and housing prices/rent costs are soaring. Living at home, while not ideal, saves quite a bit of money if everyone pools their resources together.

As per usual:

Now before everybody jumps on here and says he looks like what you’d expect a 4Chan tough guy to look like, hear me out...

He looks exactly like I would expect a 4Chant tough guy to look like.

Pour one out for Wii U. Even in death it’s ignored.

I mean if I had Speilberg money I’d have an original sit down Star Wars Cab, I loved that as a kid ( hell they were made a few hours down the road from where I live, at least the European ones were)

Tempest was somewhat integral to the Spielberg-produced Twilight Zone: The Movie.  Specifically, the most horrifying (to pre-teen me) segment, “It’s a Good Life”.

For better and worse, one word: Shenmue.

Sounds like victim blaming to me. As long as trans people shut up and stay in their lane they deserve human rights.

I think the newfangled slang of today is they need to “touch grass”. Because they absolutely do need their devices taken away and spend a lot of time outside in the real world
