I doubt Nintendo is delaying a cartoon war game due to the Ukraine situation as a show of support to Ukraine but more of not wanting to lose sales.

Advance Wars has always been that IP in Nintendo’s family-friendly portfolio that they don’t want. I’m less surprised they delayed the game due to real-world conflict (understandable call btw) than I am that Nintendo was re-releasing/remastering the game in the first place.
