That’s why I put my pets to bed in an animal carrier mounted on a paint shaker platform. If you start young they learn it is normal. You just have to stay with them the first week or so to get them to understand they aren’t being abandoned.

That is a very generalised comment which is ultimately wrong, every car will have their own ‘most efficient’ speed due to the different engine characteristics, the transmission ratios also the cars aerodynamics will play a big part in it too
