I hate smug Taco. I think you're right about Pete. He was basically just a plot device to introduce hand-holding. They could have had him skype in this episode holding some random lady's hand.

I hate smug Taco.
I also wish they let her keep her accent. No reason it couldn't work for this show.
I want the Kindred to become a character.
I really want the Kindred to get to be a character. Also Katarina, it would be nice if she got to be a character too rather than just a plot device.
…it's counter-programming? I don't think the people that like The Voice and MNF would necessarily give this show a chance, and the competition from scripted television on other nights is a bit too stiff. Gotham is something that execs believe in that also has a Monday Night slot so it's not a death sentence like…
I like the idea as long as she didn't turn out to be a straight-up bad girl/megalomaniac. It'd be great if she really had a long term plan in place for her and her witches to come out ahead and she revealed herself as a boss (in the colloquial sense).
I wish he would grow face skin and become a character.
I would love it if they turned her into a character nevermind good or bad.
If I had any real power, I would adapt that book as a cartoon series for FX.
OMG Dr McNinja Fan!!! I wonder how long I'll have to go until I meet one in real life.
That's negotiable.
I would do dirty dirty things to be able to binge watch this show.
I don't watch this show. I just occasionally get the itch to read recaps. However, I will be terribly disappointed if Gemma doesn't die. Part of me thinks that Sutter will have her survive everything and get off clean.
So he's critical, but I guess I just didn't enjoy him as much as everyone else, but he was supposed to be a benevolent gadfly for Daniel so I guess it works.
It's the double meaning that confused me. He doesn't say rear window, He says "I'd say behind you" when Daniel asks him "Where to?" It makes literal sense in the moment because he just left the party after feeling awkward and embarrassed again. He heads back in, interacts with Tawney, then Teddy whips out the big news…
I don't recall Lezlie explicitly telling Daniel to confront his past. I remember Lezlie offering advice several times and giving Daniel some mushrooms, but I don't ever remember it being that straightforward. I didn't get a strong impression that Daniel's trip in the forest alone compelled him to seek out Trey. I'd…
Also, I think you all are kinda forgetting the Teddy angle. Don't you think what he did to Teddy and the guilt over his role in what happened to Hannah influenced his desire to just get this over with. It's not a superficial thing when Daniel tells people that he believes he's a bad man. He's not a murderer, but he's…

which old hippie were you talking about if not for Lezley? Visiting Trey seemed to have more to do with seeing Trey at the gas station. The real trigger for him seemed to being in the same room with the Senator prodding him again. Trey tossed some details his way, and that was critical, but idk.
This show is subtle,…
