I'm not PC-only, but I do use my PC quite a bit to stream Netflix, since my PC is in the same room as my sewing machine, and I do a lot of sewing. I'd say that my PC gets 60% of my Netflix streaming, and my PS3 gets the remaining 40%.

How does this apply to non-gas stoves? I have a glass cooktop (not by choice — I'd prefer gas, but we don't have a gas line running to the house), and I'd like to know if these same rules apply.

Yeah, he posted on his blog almost a month ago that it was delayed. The UK version is still releasing as scheduled, but the US version got pushed back.

Maybe because the release date has been pushed back to November 13th?

I really like this idea. Right now, my measuring spoons/cups are cluttering up my drawers, and the cups are always getting "stuck", making it so the drawer can't be pulled out. I definitely think this will be next weekends project...
