Good news: the Catholic church’s views on annulment are different now than they were during the reign of Henry VIII. Children from annulled marriages aren’t considered illegitimate, in large part because caring about a child’s legitimacy really only mattered in bygone times.

“The reality of everything he is losing with Khloe and True is sinking in for Tristan, its hitting him now and hitting him hard.”

I don’t get her sweating this dude as a partner, baby daddy or not. I’d been of the mindset that she’d chosen to have his child only because of her previous struggles with conception, and had no delusions about becoming a happy little family. I figured she’d treat him like Kourtney treats Scott —like a sperm donor

These were my initial thoughts as well. My curiosity sparked, I decided to look up the grounds for religious annulment. They’re very different and surprising broader than the grounds for legal annulment, and there are few line items that could apply to Rossdale, infidelity being the most obvious.

Tristan Thompson is in the middle of a near-max, five year, $82 million contract with the Cavaliers. He’ll make about $16 million this year from basketball alone, plus whatever endorsement deals he has. I think he’ll be OK without Kardashian money.

Having a marriage annulled in the Catholic Church does not affect the legitimacy of children from that marriage since the children’s parents were presumed to be married at the time of the child’s birth.

AGREE!

that Thompson “wants his family back,”

I’m not Catholic so I am not entirely familiar with the anullment process, but why would someone choose having a new marriage recognized by the church when it would also mean that their kids from their first marriage would no longer be recognized as the product of a “valid” marriage? Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale

I’m Catholic and had my marriage annuled (technical term in my case was Lack of Form, as I hadn’t been married in a Catholic church.) I’m calling BS. She’s marrying a divorced man (two time, yes?) so if her concern was taking communion it is still a no go.

I feel like Khloe will probably take him back (although I really hope she doesn’t) and that he will 100% cheat on her again. It seems like she thinks the only way to be good parents to True is for them to be together and I realize she wants to be the best mom possible but people can no longer be together and still be

An unnamed source tells Hollywood Life that Thompson “wants his family back,”

And all the black artists she interpolated got nada. Par for the course.

Actually the industry standard for covers and samples is only 7%. So if you wanted to record a cover of any song like say “Don’t Stop Believing”, “Take on Me” or “Beat It” you would pay the copyright owners 7% of whatever you make on it. This 90% figure is seriously fucking outrageous.

I remember reading an interview with the music video director for Thank U Next on here and they were recalling how Ariana was showing off a portion of the rough draft of lyrics for ‘TUN’ while they were working on a video from Sweetener. So clearly she does more than just suggest a single word like Beyoncé but I think

I never tire of sharing that Beyonce’s song “Run the World (Girls)“ has a total of 7 songwriters, and the lyrics are 80% this:

Now playing

I wouldn’t have thought it was possible to talk about three minute pop songs for twenty minutes and remain both relevant and interesting, but Todd in the Shadows does it every time:
