This man needs to find Frank Marshman. Frank does a great job of fixing older cameras, within expectations. Two shutter speed can be fixed, though I’m not sure he needs more.

It’s not even remotely painful to watch. Since many cops try to slide on some law they believe they’re above, I love seeing one get nailed.
