This was the most acurate display of bodybuilding I have ever seen in a cartoon. No get big quick, a common backstory, and its use for sport rather then the overdone,get strong and beat the bully story/get the girl

OK so are we jsut ignoring what unique did last season to ryder, how can i feel sympathy for him this week if we never resloved the last plotline, unless thye want to admit that there is no resolution belivable other then ryder no longer speaking to him ever.

It was also a nice reminder that Bolin is jacked as hell. I guess we know that he does all day when mako is at work.
