I concur with everything here. He has no idea how to finish it, and for all the foreshadowing and imagery he baked in, he never had any clue where it was going.

I enjoy that one because I was out as bi for a very, very long time before I was out as nonbinary. My thought process was “wow, what can I do to get hassled and denigrated a bit more? I really don’t have enough people telling me I’m confused in my life, why not ramp that up?”
I’d never want to make Trank jump back into that nightmare. Clearly he just wants to move on, and is only answering questions about it because he has to.
Oliver and Connor are spouses. Their wedding was a pretty big plotline. Please don’t refer to them as “boyfriends”
Good interview
I disagree about William getting kidnapped. That made me laugh so hard.
Thanks for reading/listening/@-ing and for the kind words!
I will say the MCU actually helped me come to grips with it. Iron Man 1 is one of my favorite films period, but it’s always interesting how “small” it is compared to where Tony Stark eventually winds up, fighting space aliens, losing then saving a missing half of the whole universe, creating time travel, etc. So…
Can’t wait to see a bunch of Lenas in formation, hiding the controller to wipe up the multiverse from the Anti-Monitor.
Ha! I didn’t even notice.
A person’s creative output, no matter how great, doesn’t mean they're immune from any and all criticism.
Why all the references to Frankie Muniz?
She then went on to say she’d only wear blackface if it was historically accurate to the period in which the film was set.
One? She’s had a bunch of errors in judgement since the early days of her stardom.
—harassing a black Creole server during an interview with Vogue when she was 22 (thank god it was before print went digital, honey)
—faceplanting on the whole SodaStream debacle
—bitching about her Google Alert going off when Woody…
Your complaints about the complaints are bullshit. You betray a complete misunderstanding of the real world and its current and historical racism in hollywood and american in general.
Especially considering these three gems from his recent comments
Except that McDonalds isn’t the right point of comparison for that. You can say a lot about the MCU films, but they’re not low-grade schlock. They’re filled with talented actors giving their all, young, often unproven directors taking their shot and putting their heart and soul into it and writers that have to squeeze…
From its start, Supergirl has essentially been a Superman minus Superman series. Although season four was an amalgam of quintessential Superman tales, I can’t imagine another series starring him telling them better. It’s even worked through the majority of Superman’s foes & supporting cast. Aside from the baby…
‘They also said that they didn’t really try to boil down the books into digestible chunks while also maintaining the core themes, because “the scope was too big.” Instead, they focused on the scenes they wanted to do and the general idea that the show was “about power.”’
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a show piss away such a large fandom as thoroughly as GoT did. It’s sort of amazing, really.
