Would Bautista settle for a remake of Stallone’s 1991 hit Oscar?

The other reason people are not going to see the film, Covid. I used to see at least one movie a week pre-pandemic. My friends did a dinner and movie night every Tuesday for the last decade, and I frequently went to another movie on the weekends with different friends or family. Many of us are still not going to movie

XIII was just a movie where you walked a character forward every now and again. It was one long hallway with enemies here and there.

Does it rank up there with FFXIII?

Does Moss play a woman who is victimised by men in this?

“Fucking raunchy!” and “Oh god, got a boner on that!” is awesome and coincidentally how my wife and I instigate foreplay in our boudoir.

Miles Morales being the other (and extremely more prominent now thanks to the movie).

I don’t disagree with the sentiment generally, but Wolverine would like to have a word.

The new show could go into this. I’d assume, the Endgame Thanos Battle was hashed over and rehashed over by every type of media everywhere - down to its granular detail. Like books written & documentaries made ala the American Civil War and the Kennedy Assassination - only combined and times ten. Arguably Captain

There’s probably news footage of Captain Marvel destroying a spaceship on her own out there, or something.

There aren’t that many active superheroes of that are women in the Universe. So maybe, actually?

I fully agree that for this kind of math, Marvel should show their work, and not let the audience do it for them. The MCU can take advantage of (take for granted?) built-in knowledge, that they didn’t actually earn, and it can lead to laziness for the sake of getting things where they want them to be.

The MCU has so far been weirdly disinterested in showing us the Blip years. This would be a good time to address that and bolster Captain Marvel’s profile with the general public.

There are celebrities who have given excellent, even iconic, voice-over performances; Disney/Pixar seem to do better in that regard than other studios, but even Dreamworks has Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman in the Kung-Fu Panda franchise, and Illumination has Steve Carrell as Gru.

I’ve had the same concerns story wise. We the audience have been told, repeatedly, how fantastic and important Carol is but they haven’t shown that in a way where Jamil Q Public would know who Danvers is at all.

What we saw.  We have no idea what she did in the 5 years.  She eventually returned to space to keep the peace there but who knows how long she spent on Earth after they killed Thanos in the beginning of Endgame.

Elektra kicks Matt’s ass in the show, and he is vulnerable due to his love for her. So I’m doubtful that these are the reasons? In fact, he gives some of his reasons in the article you’re commenting on!

We had the same thing in Springfield, MO. You could take the whole family for the price of a normal ticket.

I get that. Everything was cheaper a couple of decades ago! But at least with the price increases in theatre tickets, a lot of awesome viewing experience improvements have come along with it.

That can’t be. I just read on Polygon dot com about how great Attack of the Clones is!
