I don't know. They didn't really try for Peter's personality, so much as 'generic good guy that Deadpool could lampoon' personality. I don't recall Peter ever really spouting good-guy cliches in the comics, even as far back as the 80's, when at times, especially in dealing with the whole Kitty situation, he was kind

Like Keanu, a side effect of her mutant power is to remain a teenager forever.

The City on the Edge of Forever

Green, sexy people.

Wisconsin is cold. I can only imagine Canada as basically what lies Beyond-the-Wall in Game of Thrones.

So basically, an appointment watch in a binge watch service that I don't currently have and really don't want to get.

Probably because the 'future' is all material reserved for the movies now that they've borked the timeline.

I guess what I mean is that the casting directors of the three franchises were obviously going different routes. Lucas hired basically unknowns along with the guy who did Bridge on the River Kwai, while LoTR cast a bunch of actors who were already well-entrenched in whatever their Hollywood groove already was.

LoTR didn't really try to launch any careers. Viggo was already Viggo. I suppose you could say that if failed to launch Legolas as a leading man, but everyone else was pretty much just role filling.

What else has he done?

I think this will be strike two to launch Daenarys as a major screen star. Star Wars movies tend to overshadow their individual actors. Harrison Ford is pretty much the only career Star Wars ever launched and I can't recall a case where an actor or actress was really elevated by being in the franchise.

I don't know. I appreciate them not subjecting us to several chapters of 'where whores go' or the whole Doofus Dayne the Darkstar mini-plot. Or late-game segues into the Ironborn, who are probably the most overhyped viking warriors ever put to print, considering that in almost every military engagement you ever see

From across a field, gray on white would just look gray.

He does hold a pretty well documented grudge against the Emmy Awards because The Apprentice never won in its category.

Meryl Streep is probably among the top 10 actors, regardless of gender, of all time, but I'd say that you're probably correct in saying that she doesn't need any further plaudits for that fact to be widely recognized.

She had a Boston accent because Faith Lehane was from Boston. Not sure if they ever said that during season 3, but it was pretty well established by the time she returned during the later seasons.

"I am the son and the heir of a shyness that is criminally vulgar."

Entirely possible.

I watched this show for several years just because it had Alyssa Milano and Alyssa Milano is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen.

Did anyone else glance at this and hope for a fleeting second that it was a Conan the Barbarian weekly show?
