I’m one of the lucky ones. My company allows me to work from home twice a week and any other time I may have a scheduling conflict and need to be out of the office.

I guess the assumption being that screens are evil.
You shouldn’t call your mom “it”.
Life sucks then you die... then death sucks even more.
You’re literally comparing one planet and its history to that of thousands (possibly millions) of planets. I doubt there’s a daily news cycle that goes out to every planet in the SW galaxy.
Yes but Apple always does stuff like moving their encryption keys overseas so that it’s out of the US jurisdiction in order to avoid having to turn data over the US police state.
This will fit right into the US police state that’s coming soon.
Here’s my problem with any timey whimey series: If there are an infinite number of parallel universes, what difference does it make if you change the state of one if it does not change the state of all? And if you can change the state of all, then it’s more likely that there’s one on reality and parallel universes do…
I’m usually neutral about these things cause not every movie to tell the whole story; there can be follow-up in a new movie. But since this the third (often the final story in a trilogy), it shouldn’t leave any big questions unanswered.
This tends to be the problem with most (if not all) time travel stories. Once you introduce time travel, it becomes the same story over and over again because if you can go back in time to change the future once, then you just push the date further back to erase the timey whimey goof-up.
Well they have a lot of money to make back from that yuge Gawker fuck-up.
I felt the same way until today when I started reading peoples’ comments and got a better sense of where we are in the Watchmen timeline.

I think you mistook my (I thought overtly obvious) cyncism as a real question.
I have no idea what happened after about 20 minutes into the third movie.
I’m in favor of building a wall around California.
Alternatively, why would anyone ever think anything good will ever happen to them?
#never
Would be interesting to have a finger slide option on the side of the Airpods to change the volume. However, I usually control the volume from my Apple Watch.
Very outdated argument from a time when annual tech advances were huge.
