I keep getting excited when Sigourney Weaver shows up in a new property then completely underwhelmed when I watch it.

Depends on the show. I felt like 13 was perfect for DD and Punisher. The other shows just got so lost and boring half way through I just wanted them to end.
That’s insanity. I’ve watched both seasons of DD and Punisher at least a dozen times. Both are really solid shows.
I like David Tennant but the whole creepy guy kidnapping girl and threatening to kill her and everyone she loves if she doesn’t love him is just not my thing.
For such a great start, it went downhill real fast.
You watch your mouth.
It’s interesting that a show based on a martial artist badass is pretty weak on the martial arts.

He’s been vetted and approved by two administrations already, which is a pretty big letter of recommendation.
I don’t take advice from models, but if she wants to do other things with her mouth, I’d be down with that.
Tolkien was definitely better at adpating Bible stories into fantasy fiction than Lewis, but I knew that going into Chronicles and was fine with it until the very end.
Still a bit of a hard sell like how CS Lewis ended The Chronicles of Narnia with the White Throne Judgment. Adaptations that are basically rewrites of the Bible don’t interest me.

Or they could just cast Peter Dinklage in every Hobbit role.
Reading this proposal gave me a stiffy.
Hopefully. The Silmarillion is a snooze fest.
I could get behind that.
Dear God man!
