I get that hardcore lefties got scared by Buttigieg and how his campaign aimed for the center so successfully, but it doesn’t make the smear campaign against him look any less unmotivated and ridiculous. It’s like MAGA, only more intellectually insufferable.

You gotta wonder how this article might have been written if Buttigieg had endorsed Bernie Sanders instead.

Jones can both be right for being pissed about being fired and wrong for taking a private conversation from two months ago and using it to publicly shame someone who realistically had nothing to do with him being fired.

Whittle’s DMs are not great but I think less of Jones’ decision to publish them and reply publicly. There’s nothing to admire about that IMO.
