Is Say You Will really lost though? It was a pretty big deal in the 2000s and was, IIRC, very well-reviewed. I think it's one of very, very few reunion albums that is as strong as a legendary band's classic output, though I know not everyone in the band (Stevie, etc.) is fond of it given that it is, like Tusk, so

True, but the structure is the same - adults and children eventually unify against central threat, which is something that would often happen at the end of an '80s genre movie. Usually all in one big setpiece, unlike the finale here which, as you say, has the benefit of length.

I agree, there's Jillian but I always found her character largely ancillary to Roy's.

Yes, I am digging them too now.

She just played Luke's long lost wheelchair-bound sister on General Hospital. She guided him through a psychotic break brought on by a repressed memory of killing their parents, then died of multiple sclerosis a day later.

They're both good, though Tusk is art.

I worship Tusk but Mirage's old-school charms are wonderful. Great album. Eyes of it!

I was so amazed that I was crushed at the end of Episode 3 when I'd barely spent close to three hours with the show. It was emotional, and Finn Wolfhard plays his anger perfectly. He gets really sharp and quick with Eleven in a way that usually only adults can do in body language and delivery.

The key difference is that, IIRC, in many of Spielberg's classic fatherless genre films the mother is either ineffectual or unable to comprehend; the action is always left in the hands of the kids, usually a male child. Dee Wallace is great in E.T. but Elliot and the kids drive the action. Frances O'Connor is in agony

I think they're understandably very concerned about having a person of color on the core team in the 21st century, which is commendable, but a generation of young fans at least were very happy with Green Lantern John Stewart. Problem is that DC editorial worships Hal Jordan, so it couldn't be John.

Either/or

Well, that's a generous comparison.

Exactly.

I was born in the early '80s and didn't get half the jokes back in the day, and I started watching in Season 2. But MST never stopped being funny for me, and it still is. Rifftrax is another story, I never got into it despite loving the people involved. The revival I believe in, though - not only is it Joel bringing

Pretty sure Nyong'o is not playing Malice but the character who may eventually become Malice.

According to one of the reps, the design is not final. (I like it fine, though I'm in the minority)

All I know is Bassett has made it clear she is flattered but sadly unavailable, at least in an interview not long ago.

I'm so happy

This is the best thing I've ever heard. Classic Cosmic Marvel.

Did Starfleet ever use Klingon designs before? Because that thing looks like a Bird of Prey, and if there is a cloaking tech sound FX it would suggest the treaty with the Romulans is no longer in place post-supernova as detailed in the Kelvin timeline. All those details would suggest post-Nemesis to me, but I may be
