I assume the reason Chevy brought and killed the Cobalt was to make everyone try and forget about the cavalier. This car was so bad Chevy had to make a sacrifice to the car gods, the cobalt was it.

I think the cavalier is much worse than the Malibu, however, I cant tell you the last time i saw a working example of either car. The cavalier was produced for years and in numbers comparable to the corolla/civic...and you never see one.
