You should be able to use factory reset. All it does is throw away the encryption key. iOS is encrypting always all the time whether you want it to or not.

I have a Aeropress which I love, but I would really like to brew an entire pot of coffee without having to babysit it, and I would like to remove human error from the equation. So I am really looking forward to a machine that can produce a cup as good as an Aeropress or Chemex.
